Refund & Return Policy – Mahiv Jewel (E-commerce)
1. Overview
At Mahiv Jewel, our goal is to provide high-quality jewelry and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.
2. Return Eligibility
- A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included.
- Customized or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the case
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, approval will be processed
- After approval, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders)
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping will be borne by Mahiv Jewel
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed (only return policy will apply)
